the greatest month of them all!

well in my opinion i think october is THEE greatest. its been a busy month- and a bit behind because I ended up getting sick for a bit. however, im back and doing better than ever. being sick really makes you realize how grateful you are for your health. being sick is no fun, its soooo boring, and im just so grateful that I am better again!


soo some updates....mmmm.
wellp me and zach went on a double date with my good friend from school Katy and her date Chandler. We carved pumpkins and ATTEMPTED to make cookies. serioulsy didnt go so well..haha but we tried! the pumpkins were awesome though :]

My buuurfday was a week ago too and it was FABULOUS. i had school but it was fun because we had the oppurtunity to go to over to BYU and do hair, nails, & makeup for anyone who wanted it! ha it was lots of fun and nice for a little change! then Zach took me up to Park Citaaay and we went to dinner and walked around main street. Of course i found a cute little boutique and had to buy myself my own bday present. cutest dress ever. haha Zach was soo cute and got me a brand new camera. for those of you who dont know, this summer i spilled gatorade in my purse and it almost ruined my camera. luckily it didnt but it had little water droplets in the screen and it was so annoying! so zach got me a brand new turquoise one that is adorable! he totally surprised me!

The next night my friends took me out to dinner to CPK and we serioulsy had a blast just being together. They made my night and of course the food was soo nummy :]

Sunday my family put together theeeeee most amazing dinner for me!! All my favorite chinese food: walnut shrimp, orange chicken, potstickers, eggrolls :] mmmmm it was DELISH!! and we also had red velvet cake and chocolate cupcakes. I seriously got spoiled. it was amazing!!

ooh boy then we had our halloween party at school and it was serioulsy a blast. all the girls that started at the same time as me are amazing and we have really stuck together and i lovvve it! anywho the party was a blast and i enjoyed being with the girls :]

so this past week was....uhm stressful, hard, etc. (whatever you want to call it). lets just say it wasnt the most wonderful week ive had.   i wasnt in the best mood and i was a little glum and def in the need for something to brighten me up.  Welp, call me the luckiest girl in the world because i happen to have the most amazing best friend who makes me laugh 24/7.  Sure sometimes i tell him he needs to be more serious because i cant stop laughing when im trying to tell him something important- but in all honesty, being with zach is one big laugh fest.  ALL.THE.TIME. for those of you who dont know him, you make think he is shy. think again my friends- this kid has humor running through his veins.  Lets just say, he was exactly what the doctor ordered.  After my week full of stress, I came home to a weekend full of laughter.  what a cute kid i get to spend my time with :]

my cute parents for making my room absolutely adorable and "home-y".  Last year at Dixie I honestly never really finished decorating my room so when I moved to Provo I made it my goal to finish it before the first semester.  But honestly, it would be completely bare without the constant help of my cute cute amazing parentals.  They have come up and hung things for me, while made curtains and pillows, and purchased additions for the room.  They are the best and I am so pleased with the turnout.  Thanks guys :]!!1

extreme makeover.

okay so the word EXTREME might be a little...well extreme...but however its still a makeover.  so for you that dont know- I am on my 6th week of cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell and I adoooooore it! yep i really do. Not that I didnt love college and school cus to be honest with my inner nerd- I quite like learning and I'm not too shabby at school either. BUT for you that DO know me, you know that I love to pamper myself and I spend way too much time getting ready for nothing.  So instead of taking that in a bad way, I feel as if I can turn that love of mine into something great! So I followed my heart and I found myself at Paul Mitchell.  I've always loved getting all dolled up and although people might think I'm silly for doing my hair before hitting the beach, it's always just been a part of who I am and makes me happy! I've learned to embrace it and I've also found that I love making others feel amazing about themselves as well! Doing the little girls hair is something I find absolutely entertaining and if thats the way I spend the rest of my life- doing what I love &&&& making others feel beautiful- then I think I'm set :)

SO...back to the makeover. 

this past week I had my big floor test to pass CORE. (which is like the basics to get me started)...and for my model I used Naomi. She was so sweet to sit for hours and I played and played with her hair.  Anywho a couple days before I decided to do some practicing and I ended up giving my little sister a fabulously new look! waaaala! take a peeek for yourself.  Thanks nomers for being my test model :]

best night of my life

not only was yesterday 09.09.09...(i know right?) BUT it was also the freaking AMAZING keith urban concert!! it was simply perfect! zach got us third row seats and we could see everything crystal clear :] it was the best night ever and i was dancing and singing the whole thing straight through! i serioulsy have never been so stoked about a concert in my life. it was worth every penny!!

i know im a little bit behind on blogging but im back to catch up. sooooo, everybody knows beach week is a family tradition and we go every year with the bryan, hydes and pews to Silverstrand, Beach. This past year was our 19th year...yeahh buddy. another wonderous week at the beach :]
